On the ground floor, the living room, the office, the kitchen, the guest bedroom with toilet, the guest toilet, the storeroom, the housewife's bedroom, a toilet for the office and the terraces. Upstairs, we have the master bedroom, its bathroom and its dressing room. There is also the family living room, the study room associated with the library and three other bedrooms, with other shower rooms.

Electricity is supplied from the low voltage power line crossing in front of the site. The residence will be protected by an enclosure fence accessible from two entrance gates. The courtyard will be partially covered with paving on the front plaza. The sides of the building will be covered with laterite and the adjoining green spaces will be covered with grass. The rainwater will be drained by a collection network shaped like a gut and will receive the water inside the plot to discharge it onto the drainage near the access road. This work will be built according to plans approved by the client.
